Accomplished writer and chef, William S. (Sam) Gregory, penned a charming ode to Thanksgiving that I just had to pass along. I admire Sam’s cooking prowess, he has an instinct for how dishes work. He is constantly trying new preparations or tinkering with the tried and true. His family and friends are his enthusiastic audience for his literary as well as culinary masterpieces and I, not nearly often enough, have the pleasure of enjoying his work.
